Delivery Expectations & Prices
UK Mainland Delivery :
Our free standard delivery option uses Royal Mail 2nd Class and we hope to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of ordering. You have the option to upgrade to first class post for £2.95 and we will dispatch these orders within 1 working day of ordering. Next Day Service is available for £6.95 and orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched that day.
If your order is posted using Royal Mail, please allow 14 working days for you to contact us if your order has not arrived.
For standard deliveries within the UK mainland we will use The Royal Mail or another courier service.
We will decide upon the best provider, depending upon the size, weight & destination of your purchase.
Standard delivery is FREE on orders over £10 and will normally arrive within 3 - 5 working days of despatch.
Orders placed Mon - Fri before 2.30pm will normally be dispatched that same day. Orders placed after 2.30pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until the Monday.
If you are not present to accept the delivery a card will be put through your door informing you of how and where to collect your delivery or how to arrange re-delivery.
In order to provide you with value for money we offer a free delivery service on all orders over £10, using Royal Mail 2nd class and an upgrade to Royal Mail 1st class service for £2.95. These delivery options are offered to you, but are not tracked. If your item is expensive or urgent we recommend you use our next day service which is fully recorded and tracked.
Please note that while items sent by Royal Mail usually arrive within 3-5 days, Royal Mail stipulate that only items still not delivered after 15 working days (Mon - Friday) can be officially classified as lost.
We ask that you ensure you allow enough time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from late delivery time as we are unable to offer any refunds, until your order has been missing 30 days.
Express Delivery charge is £6.95 and will arrive by the end of the day following despatch with the exception of postcodes with prefixes: JE, GY, ZE, BT, IM, KW, IV and HS where express delivery is only available on a 2 day service.

Includes Northern Ireland (All BT), Isle of Man (IM1-9), Isles of Scilly (TR21-25), Western Isles (HS1-9), Skye (IV55-56), Arran (KA27), Millport (KA28), Orkney (KW15-17), Gigha (PA41), Islay (PA42-49), Jura (PA60), Colonsay (PA61), Mull (PA62-76), Tiree (PA77), Coll (PA78), Muck (PH41), Eigg (PH42), Rum (PH43), Canna (PH44), Shetland Islands (ZE1-3).

European Delivery:
The Delivery charge for European Countries is £14.95 but will increase to £35.00 when the order is more than £60.00, this is to allow for increase in weight.

Customs :
If your order is to be delivered to the Channel Islands, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes which customers will be required to pay on receipt of the shipment. Any additional customs charges must be settled by you.
